How to Add Model to Recommended Model in CO Mapping? (Only for Admin)

Note-

Recommended Models can only be created by admins.

These recommended models can be applied to any subject in the college by all faculty and these models cannot be edited by any faculty except Admin.

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on the Add Your Model on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Enter the Model Name, then Click on Create Model.

Congrats! Model is added in Recommended Model.

How to Deploy a Recommended Model to the Faculty Models? (Only Admins)

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Model to Apply, Click on Apply Model.

Step 3: Choose the Batch, Departments, Semesters, and Subjects then Click on Apply.

Congrats! The model is added to New Batch.

How to Add Model to My Model in CO Mapping?

Note- My Model is created by faculty and can be applied to only one subject.

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Click on the Add Your Model on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Enter the Model Name, then Click on Create Model.

Step 4: Turn on the toggle button My Model, Select the Batch Start, Batch End, Choose Subject,

Step 5: Click on Create Model.

Congrats! Evaluation Model created Successfully is created in My Model.

How to create evaluation details of the subject in Models?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Once New Model is created,

Step 2: Select the Model to Edit, Click on View/Edit button.

Step 3: Enter Title, Description, Weightage, and Units,  Click on Add Button.

Category Added Successfully to Model.

Step 4: Click on Continue to Step 2

Categories are displayed column-wise

Step 5: Enter the Title, Description, Type, Calculation Marks, and Weightage, Click on Save

Congrats! Evaluation Details are created.

How to edit the model?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Model to Edit, Click on View/Edit

Step 3: Click on the Edit icon, To Edit the desired model.

Step 4: Click on the Save button.

Congrats! Category Edited Successfully.

How to Add New Category to the Model?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Model to Edit, Click on View/Edit button.

Step 3: Enter all the details for the model, Click on Add button.

Congrats! New Category is added successfully to the Model.

How to Delete Category in the Model?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Model to Edit, Click on View/Edit button.

Step 3: Click On the Delete icon, to Confirm Click on the Delete Category button.

Congrats! Category Deleted Successfully.

How to Add a New Admin in CO Mapping?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Access Management on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Click on Add Admins on the top left.

Step 4: Select the Department of the faculty, In the filtered list displayed, Choose the Faculty to be add

Step 5: Click on Add button.

Congrats! New Admin is added.

How to Remove the Admin in CO Mapping?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Access Management on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Select the faculty to remove, Tap on Delete Button, and Click on Confirm.

Congrats! Admin deleted Successfully

How to see the view of the Model of the Subject?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Tap on the Data View on the screen.

Step 3: Select Subject from the Subject filter and Select Section from the Section filter.

Congrats! The model for the subject is displayed.

Note: The model is only displayed when the model is created for the subject.

How to download the model of the Subject?

Step 1: Tap on CO Mapping on the left side of the Navigation bar.

Step 2: Tap on the Data View on the screen.

Step 3: Select Subject from the Subject filter and Select Section from the Section filter.

Step 4: Click on the Download button on the top left. Select the Excel.

Congrats! The model for the subject is downloaded in Excel Format
