How to create a Live Assessment by choosing questions?
Step 1 – Click on Live Assessment on the Navigation Bar.
Step 2 – Click on Create New Live Assessment.
Step 3 – Provide the Title and Description, select the Subject in which the Live Assessment will be conducted, and click on Continue.
Step 4 – Click on Choose Questions, select the required MCQs, and click on the +Add button to add the selected questions to the question panel.
Step 5 – Select the Result Layout to visualize the Live Assessment results.
Step 6 – Click on Start Assessment.
Live Assessment is successfully created!
How to conduct the Live Assessment?
Once the Live Assessment is created and the code is shared with the students, the faculty will be able to see the students who have joined.
Step 1 – Click on Start Live Assessment and confirm.
Note – The faculty can select time constraints for answering the questions by selecting the Start Countdown Timer button and choosing the countdown time (15s, 30s, etc.) in which the question needs to be answered.
Step 2 – After the questions are answered by the students, selected charts will appear with the options chosen by the students and the number of students who selected each respective option.
Step 3 – Click on Show Question Results to reveal the answer to the question.
Step 4 – Click on the Next Question button and confirm to move to the next question.
Step 5 – Once all questions are displayed, Click on the End Live Assessment button to end the live assessment.
The Live Assessment is ended successfully and the results will be displayed!
How to download the Live Assessment Report?
Step 1 – Click on Live Assessment on the navigation bar.
Step 2 – Choose the Live Assessment report to be downloaded and click on the PDF or Excel icon.
Step 3 – The PDF/Excel report will be downloaded in place.
The Live Assessment report will be downloaded successfully!
